Beer-Runners.com is owned and operated by madfam games. The service of Beer-Runners is provided to you (the player) for free under the terms and conditions of this Disclaimer. Refunds:
There are strictly no refunds if the player changes their mind about the purchase and there is no refund if a player is caught cheating or contravening the game rules and such contravention results in a player losing any purchased turns.
Prizes:
Prizes are not redeemable for cash nor are transferable.
Player Conduct:
The game allows the player to send messages to other players or post messages on bulletin boards; therefore, the players conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies, and procedures. The player will not use the service to send chain letters, junk mail, spamming, or distribution lists to any player, admin or other at any time.
The player agrees not to transmit any unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, objectionable material of any kind or nature. The player further agrees not to transmit any materials that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Game Integrity:
Beer-Runners participants acknowledge that all player data is kept secret and under no circumstances be disclosed to any other party.
